Collect style references and widget description.
References examples: reference sheet, overlays, chat widget examples you like, color palette, any style references, pre-made widget design with or without assets, sketch in paint, sketch on paper - anything that helps to get the idea. If there are any video/image assets you have prepared for the widget - absolutely welcome to use them

• Round 3: payment •
I estimate time and price for the order and contact you. As well as let you know if that's something I will make (commissions are selective by style/functionality/current availability/other factors). When order is confirmed payment is done through Ko-Fi commissions/VGen
• Round 4: work in progress •
I start the work on a widget design sketch. Approximate timing is within 10 days (more often sooner)
I send you design sketch and edits are added if needed
Then get to widget coding, update on progress and ask for details/animation options
• Round 5: delivery •
Once widget is made I deliver the files via Google drive with installation instruction and assist with installation if needed
I post the result in Twitter and to my portfolio (If not discussed otherwise)

Commissions are always selective. Main reasons why your commission may not be accepted are:
- There are some styles I don't work with
- I do not take comms for designs with 90% similarity with the commission I already made for someone.
In the same time client can be sure that their design is unique for them - there might be no time availability: I don't load schedule months ahead so in this case I'd ask to postpone the order
- I may not accept the order if there are complicated graphic elements needed. I am not an artist and only make vector decorations for widgets. I can use pre-made assets (images or animations) in widget if they are provided.

- Only personal use: do not resell/redistribute the item you commissioned
- After sketch is confirmed and order is on coding stage - no refunds are issued
- If commission is cancelled I can sell / give away / do whatever I want with the item in question
- I selectively accept commissions for items with purpose of reselling (on Esty/Ko-Fi), but it's discussed beforehand
- After work is done I post the item to portfolio and to Twitter. If widget should not be disclosed before debut - please warn me beforehand
- Code files are delivered in obsfucated form

Reselling TOS:
- I will not make items that plagiarize other sellers work & ideas & style there are plenty copycats on ko-fi and etsy already and I don't want to be part of it
- As well as I don't make stuff similar to mine and just themes/styles I make
- Always credit me as coder
